Over the course of four weeks, students will learn basic handbuilding and wheel-throwing techniques and more involved ones including trimming, surface design, and glazing.

This class is designed for all skill levels and covers the full ceramic process — from raw clay to glazed, finished pieces. Each week, you'll receive personalized instruction and plenty of time to practice.

PPAC offers ongoing clay memberships for students who want to learn new techniques or improve existing ceramics skills. This program is designed for personal potters and hobbyists, not for production (commercial) potters. We welcome those who are passionate about developing their craft at their own pace and enjoy the creative process of pottery.
