Pottery Pickup

​Pickup Process: All finished pottery is pre-wrapped and clearly labeled with your name and class date. Arrive during dedicated hours, head to the pickup shelves, and locate your bag. You do not need to wait for assistance from a teacher or staff member.

Turnaround Time: Great pottery takes time! Glazing and firing typically take 6 to 8 weeks from your class end date (though we are actively working to speed this up to 4–6 weeks!). Please check this portal periodically—your class status will change to Ready the moment your pieces are off the kiln shelves and ready for home.

Holding Window: Due to limited storage space, finished pottery is held for at least 30 days from the ready date. Unclaimed pieces will be recycled or donated.
