WHAT'S HAPPENING?
Our schedule and studio hours change every week—here’s what’s up this week.

ABOUT US
Founded in 2001, Pikes Peak Artist Collective (PPAC) is a cornerstone of the Colorado Springs art community, offering a wide variety of art classes and pottery classes for all ages and experience levels. Whether you're looking to explore ceramics, drawing, or painting, our studio provides creative opportunities for kids, teens, and adults alike.
Youth programs include year-round after-school art classes, one-time pottery workshops, and parent/child pottery classes designed to encourage creativity and connection. Adults can choose from fun one-time pottery classes, structured 4- and 6-week pottery courses, or comprehensive 6- and 8-week painting and drawing classes.
For those wanting more studio time, we offer ongoing clay memberships, private lessons, date night pottery classes, and group classes for four or more participants. Led by a passionate and experienced team of teaching artists, PPAC is your destination for inspiring, hands-on art and pottery classes in Colorado Springs.
Whether you're picking up a brush or working on the wheel for the first time—or refining your artistic skills—we’re here to support your journey. Meet our incredible art instructors by clicking below.

PRIVATE EVENTS
Experience fun and creative pottery events at Pikes Peak Artist Collective, perfect for birthday parties, team-building, or unique group outings. Choose from two pottery party options: Hand-Building Parties, where you can explore techniques like pinch, coil, and slab-building, and take home your creations the same day, or Wheel Throwing Parties, where you’ll work with a pottery wheel to create bowls, vases, and more, with pieces ready for pickup in 4-6 weeks. We also offer craft and painting parties for a fun, creative twist. Private lessons are available by request for a more personalized experience. Submit an event request for custom pricing today! All ages are welcome, with a minimum of 4 participants. Adults must be present, and we recommend scheduling at least a month in advance.

"Sara was a knowledgeable, informative, patient, and FUN instructor during the 6-week beginners' pottery course. I never felt the need to be absolutely perfect, and she allowed us to learn through our own experiences. "

"I had never tried pottery since I was a 3rd grader making snake bowls out of clay. My team at work set up a session as a team building and learning activity. Sara was our leader. I had a fabulous time."
