Weekly Tuesday Class for Kids (Ages 8-13)

🎨 About the Course This engaging after-school membership program offers young artists a dedicated space to dive deep into creative exploration while building core technical skills. With small class sizes and a warm, supportive studio environment, students receive personalized attention as they grow into confident, independent makers.

💡 What You'll Learn & Experience

Each 90-minute session is thoughtfully structured to balance skill-building art education (75%) with student-led creative freedom (25%):

• Guided Independent Art (20 mins): Warm-up time to explore personal ideas using painting, drawing, sewing, papercraft, and sculpting materials.

• Core Art Lesson & Project (60 mins): A focused lesson on art history, technical skills, or new mediums followed by an expressive hands-on project.

• Clean-Up & Art Game (10 mins): Building studio responsibility and wrapping up each class on an inspiring, high note with peer art games.

🏺 What You'll Make & Create Throughout the session, young artists explore pottery (wheel throwing & handbuilding), acrylic and watercolor painting, fiber arts & sewing, and observational drawing techniques.
