Works‑in‑Progress Painting Studio

This highly requested open studio class is designed for painters who want thoughtful feedback, fresh perspective, and practical guidance on works that feel unfinished, stuck, or ready for revision.

Students are encouraged to bring in current paintings in progress, older pieces pulled from storage, or works you’ve considered gessoing over. Through constructive group critiques and guided discussion, we’ll explore ways to strengthen composition, adjust color and materials, refine techniques, and “save” or reimagine paintings that aren’t quite working yet.

Each session will include shared critique time, idea‑swapping, and individualized suggestions from Erin, creating a supportive, artist‑to‑artist environment. All painting styles and experience levels are welcome.

Please bring your own painting supplies and any works you’d like feedback on.
