A serene landscape painting captures the majesty of snow-capped mountains overlooking a lush valley, where a tranquil river reflects the vivid greens of the surrounding foliage under a clear blue sky.

Painting Spring in Colorado

In this four‑week painting series, students will celebrate the beauty of springtime in Colorado through color, landscape, and seasonal detail.

Each week, we’ll explore a different spring‑inspired subject, including Colorado mountain landscapes, aspen trees, blooming wildflowers, and columbines. Students will create a small canvas each week, building a cohesive collection that captures the light, color, and feeling of spring in our region.

We’ll focus on composition, color mixing, atmosphere, and expressive brushwork while encouraging students to develop their own artistic style. All painting mediums and experience levels are welcome, making this class a great fit for both beginners and more experienced painters.

Please bring your own painting supplies to class. For any questions about materials or preparation, feel free to reach out to Erin directly. 🖌️✨
