🌀 Teen Wheel Throwing Pottery Class (Ages 12–17)

Beginner Pottery Wheel Class for Kids in Colorado Springs

Ready to get muddy and make something awesome? Our Youth Wheel Throwing Class is a monthly workshop designed just for teens aged 12 - 17 to experience the joy of working on the pottery wheel—no experience needed!

Students will learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing, from centering clay to shaping and finishing their own creations. It's the perfect intro to clay in a fun, encouraging environment.

🎨 What Kids Will Make

Beginner-friendly projects may include:

• 🍵 Small bowls

• 🌱 Planters

• 💍 Ring dishes

• 🧈 Tiny butter crocks

• 🐾 Pet treat trays

  
  

Each student will work on their own wheel and create up to three small pieces to keep and glaze.

Class Fee: $60

Materials Fee: $15

Total: $75 per student (all materials and firing included)

🔥 Pottery Pickup

Finished pieces will be glazed and fired by our team and available for pickup 4–6 weeks after class. We’ll email you when they’re ready!
