Hands working with clay at a pottery wheel
Two friends share a joyful moment while working on a pottery project together.

This one-day pottery workshop is perfect for teens looking to get creative with clay! In this beginner-friendly class, students will learn the foundational techniques of handbuilding, including pinch, coil, and slab construction — no wheel required. Whether they’re brand new to pottery or have taken a class before, this workshop offers a great mix of structure and creative freedom.

Throughout the session, teens will have the opportunity to create functional or sculptural pieces while experimenting with form, texture, and design. We’ll provide all the tools, clay, and materials — just bring your imagination!

This is a great introduction to the world of ceramics in a supportive, teen-focused environment.
