Cancellation / Missed Class Policy

There are no refunds for missed classes. Cancellations 8 days prior to the start of a class will be considered for a full refund. 

PPAC has a registration software that offers the OPTION for “Purchase Protection” with any class purchase.

Please Note When Checking Out (We Suggest) DO NOT ADD PURCHASE PROTECTION
The option of “Purchase Protection” provides you with a full refund ONLY IF you have a written notice from a doctor or service. This is an option provided by our registration software, not provided by PPAC.
PPAC DOES NOT handle the refund of the purchase protection.
You must file a claim with this third party to be considered for a refund. Please request information if needed.

Credit card statements entitle purchases as “Pikes Peak” done through Wepay processing.
